REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation – Full Refund
In order to receive a full refund, cancellation must be done via email or by phone no less than four weeks out from the course date/s.
Cancellation – Partial Refund
If you cancel and request a refund after the refund cut-off date, it will result in an administrative fee being charged in the amount of $100 which will be applied against the refund.
Cancellation – Future Course Registration
In the event of a cancellation after the cut-off date, you can apply the full value of your course registration fee to a future course if room in that course is still available.
Course Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a course cancellation. Refunds will be provided in full. No liability other than the cost of registration will be borne by the course organizers.
Misleading or False Information
We take your participation in our course offerings very seriously. Courses are open to equine veterinarians and other equine practitioners. In the event that false or misleading information has been presented regarding your eligibility to take this course, we reserve the right to forfeit your registration fee and all related benefits.
